Gjon studied architecture in Italy and subsequently gained eight years' experience working for award-winning UK practices on a range of residential and commercial projects, both large and small. He previously worked on the J.J. Mack Building, which won the London Construction Awards Project of the Year 2023, and the John Lewis development in West Ealing.
He founded Arquest Architecture with the belief that good design can significantly enhance the human environment, the way people live, and their perception of beauty.

Silvia Calabresi
Architect MA (Arch Hons), ARB
Silvia studied architecture at La Sapienza University in Rome and subsequently gained extensive experience working for the award-winning practices of EMBT in Barcelona and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands in London. During her decade at Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, she worked on a variety of prestigious projects, including the refurbishment of the Grade I listed Royal Opera Arcade and the interiors of the J.J. Mack Building in central London.
She joined Arquest Architecture in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in high-end commissions to the practice. Silvia applies her meticulous eye for detail to craft beautifully curated interiors, ensuring every project is finished to an exceptional standard.
